Running Late:
Arriving more than 15minutes late may result in a $25 fee or obligation to reschedule your service/stylist discretion.
Cancellation Policy:
All Cancellations require a minimum 24hr notice prior to date of your scheduled service. If you cancel the same day/time as your scheduled appt. time a minimum $25/max full service charge is owed prior to scheduling your next appt.(sugguested fee must be paid in full before any future appotintments are confirmed). If you, for any unforeseen reason/circumstance are unable to give notice and cancel the same day: it is at the stylists' discretion to waive any applicable fees.
No Call/No Show:
When you fail to communicate with your stylist prior to the scheduled appointment time to cancel or reschedule, you may be required to pay 50%-100%/stylist discretion of the PRICING FOR INITIAL SCHEDULED SERVICES.
